Industrial automatic edge bander for applying PVC, ABS, melamine, or natural wood veneer tape to straight and corner panel edges. The heavy-duty steel chassis with high-precision pressure rollers and dual-motor corner rounding profiling ensures high precision and great finishing stability.
The machine offers multi-stage continuous operation: glue pre-melting, automatic tape feeding, pneumatic end-trimming, fine edge trimming, 2-motor corner rounding, edge scraping, and dual-wheel buffing in a single pass. Designed for seamless processing of MDF, plywood, blockboard, and particle board panels.
Setup and changeover time between tape thicknesses: less than a minute.
